As a Director of Premier, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing our key client relationships. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service to our premier customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier accounts.
  • Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create account strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Drive account growth by promoting additional services and solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with premier clients.
  • Ensure timely renewals and contract compliance.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Aim for long-term customer retention and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Leverage this knowledge to provide strategic guidance to premier accounts.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing premier accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Compensation Package: Competitive Base Range $90,000-$110,000, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, Stock Options, Benefits, 401k, and more!
