  • This position is responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers along with all of the reps on their team.
  • The Director of Sales will develop and execute a sales strategy to meet assigned revenue quotas.
  • Direct customer contact will comprise a major portion of this assignment.
  • The individual will be responsible for leading, coaching, and training managers and sales reps on how to sell Cogent's services.

  • Candidates must have a proven track record of success selling Telecom/Technology products
  • Candidates must have experience finding new business
  • Candidates must have strong team leadership and management experience, and MUST have experience managing Sales Managers.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, Excel and CRM Systems a must.
  • Some travel will be required.
