Recruiting Manager - VA/MD/DC - Hybrid

  • Use expertise to run an in-house recruiting team to aggressive headcount growth goals. Work closely with the entire recruiting team to continuously improve and implement recruiting methods and technologies to adjust to changing market and customer conditions.
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruiting game plan utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, and job events.
  • Work with recruiters to continually refine our external and internal employment brand and strengthen the talent pipeline through continual proactive sourcing, market-based research and benchmarking.
  • Manage the high volume recruiting environment of sales and operations.
  • Manage and coach the recruiting staff to deliver peak performance!
  • Build close and strategic relationships with our sales and operations executive team to develop long-term talent assessments and succession planning.
  • Prepare analytical reports as necessary for all levels of the organization ensuring the integrity, timeliness and maintenance of the data. Use the data to make recommendations on all recruiting areas, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Travel around the US to attend job fairs or open house events.


A successful Recruiting Manager will have the following:

  • 5+ years' experience in high performance recruiting and at least 2 years previous successful recruitment management and leadership experience.
  • Must be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication and presentation abilities, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as experience with change management and vendor management.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to forge strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization including the executive level and be able to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding.
