Position Summary: 

The Regional HR Manager will partner with our leaders and business units across the organization within to help drive growth. Based in Luxembourg, the Regional HR Manager will support the leadership team to assist in creating an environment that is productive and inspiring. This position will support business functions across Europe.

This role requires a high level of accuracy, exposure to confidential information, and extensive contact with individuals both internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures company policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Prepares offers of employment and new hire packages, onboarding, off-boarding, company orientation, and ensures the success of the employee once they enter into the company.
  • Researches, prepares, provides input and helps create company policy/procedures when requested.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Engages with leaders in addressing employee relations situations and responds to workforce enquiries
  • Collaborates and contributes to the global HR function in identifying, developing and administering sustainable HR processes, procedures and programs
  • Works closely with Finance on the administration of payroll and benefits
  • Oversees the management of in-country benefit portfolio’s including annual renewals and negotiations
  • Provides support and guidance to hiring managers during the recruitment process for the assigned business areas
  • Works in partnership with managers and teams to foster a positive atmosphere and maintain healthy employee engagement
  • Enhances the employee experience by partnering with management on strategic people initiatives
  • Provides coaching and training to employees and management.
  • Provides guidance and consultation in support of key business priorities
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives throughout Europe
  • Other duties as required

Experience:

  • Previous HR Management experience across all HR disciplines including: policy, employee and leadership development, compensation and benefits and employee relations
  • Strong employment law experience in diverse markets, across Europe is required
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or relevant practical experience
  • Previous experience of working in a global environment is highly desirable
