Sales Representative
We are always looking for Sales Representatives in Boston, New York, DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Job Description:
Prospecting and cold calling on customers in assigned territories to generate proposals to business executives of small, medium and large corporate accounts with the goal to meet and exceed established revenue objectives. Candidate will direct call on new and existing customers and analyze client needs relative to Internet connectivity over our unique, in building, Fiber Optic infrastructure. Direct quota bearing responsibility on a monthly and quarterly basis is required.
Requirements:
Candidate must have proven experience in finding new business. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of quantifiable, successful B2B direct telecommunications sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive data/telecommunications OR IT selling environment. A track record of success and recent experience in this environment is required. A College degree is preferred. Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, Excel, and Siebel a plus.

Account Executives
We are currently looking for Account Executives for our inside telesales team located in Herndon, Virginia.

Responsibilities:
Selling high-speed dedicated internet connectivity and colocation services. Generate significant new business through identifying, contacting, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Track all sales opportunities to ensure quota attainment on a regular basis.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
1-2 years of business to business sales. Bachelors degree or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with IP technologies as dedicated access, security and web hosting. Must be self driven and directed; attentive to detail and quality customer service.

Telecommunications Phone Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This full time position will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Nortel Meridian1 phone systems in an on-site environment in the downtown core. The objectives of the role will be customer installations, site maintenance, and repairs of existing equipment. We own and manage approx 30 PBX systems across the downtown core. This position will require carrying a laptop and tools to each site. You will be required to be on-call in rotation with other team members. The position will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meridian 1 phone service technician
Receive tickets for moves/adds/changes/deletes/repairs as required from help desk.
Document customer requests on work orders and complete requested work.
Provide troubleshooting, analyze problem source using knowledge, provided system manuals, provided tools and rectify problem or repair in an accurate and prompt manner
Complete tickets accurately and within the defined Service Level Agreements
Projects
Complete assigned tickets from Project manager for new customer implementations or projects
Manage in-building cabling and work with vendors to install new circuits
Departmental
Complete workorders with accuracy and detail.
Maintain/prepare reports documenting inventory, cabling, equipment, PBX information and switchroom information
Respond, exchange information or train co-workers and customers on equipment utilization and features
Perform job requirements/functions in adherence to company policies, practices and procedures, consulting the Technical Services Manager when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Nortel Meridian1 systems (OPT11C-OPT81C) an asset
Must have knowledge of voice and data facilities and networks
Must have experience working as a phone technician at some level
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet tight deadlines
Good customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills and knowledge of operating systems and programming
